This is the exact framework from the audio. Follow it in order.

Heat the area first, either a hot shower or a heating pad. Then do one light warm-up set. You would never hit your working sets at the gym cold, and this is no different.

Do your extender work in timed sets with short breaks, not one long pull. Your tendons stretch and release best in intervals.

Rotate as you stretch. Start at 90 degrees, alternating left and right, and build up over time. It wears down the tunica for length, and it adds girth too.

After your high-tension session, drop into the All-Day Stretcher at low tension for two hours or more. Think of it as an anchor. It keeps you elongated while you heal so nothing retracts.

Do the pump after extending, and always start erect so you expand past your normal size. Add vibration (the Epic XL) for noticeably more expansion.
